Step Two
Your Project Takes Shape — On Paper First
Gary leads the design phase, developing architectural plans that match your vision and your budget. We analyze potential structural challenges, consider different scenarios, and think through decisions before a single nail is hammered.
You'll see detailed drawings and receive a comprehensive Fixed Price Proposal. We believe a detailed estimate is your best protection against surprise costs. No vague line items — you'll know exactly what you're paying for.

Step Three
We Build It — And Keep You in the Loop
Patrick oversees construction with our in-house crews and trusted trade partners. Between signing the contract and breaking ground, we're already at work — pulling permits, ordering materials, and scheduling.
Throughout the build, you'll have access to our online project management portal. You can see the daily schedule, communicate with our team, track progress, upload photos, and review financials — all in one place.
