Step One

Let's Talk About What You Want

Every project starts with a conversation. We sit down with you — at your home or ours — and listen. What are you hoping to accomplish? What's your budget? What's your timeline? We visit your property, take measurements, and give you honest feedback about what's realistic.


This step is completely free and comes with no obligation. We want you to feel comfortable before anything moves forward.

Step Two

Your Project Takes Shape — Before Anyone Picks Up a Tool

We start with a paid Design Agreement, broken into two phases so you stay in control every step of the way.

Phase 1 — Concept & Budget: Gary meets with you to develop preliminary drawings and 3D renderings so you can actually visualize your project. You'll also receive three pricing tiers — Good, Better, and Best — giving you real budget options before committing to full design.


Phase 2 — Full Design & Proposal: Once you've chosen your direction, Gary develops complete architectural drawings, finalizes material and finish selections, and produces a detailed Fixed Price Proposal. No vague line items — you'll know exactly what you're paying for before a single nail is hammered.

Step Three

We Build It — And Keep You in the Loop

Patrick oversees construction with our in-house crews and trusted trade partners. Between signing the contract and breaking ground, we're already at work — pulling permits, ordering materials, and scheduling.

Throughout the build, you'll have access to our online project management portal. You can see the daily schedule, communicate with our team, track progress, upload photos, and review financials — all in one place.
