See What We've Built
Real projects for real homeowners across Western Massachusetts.
Pelham, MA Overlook Project
A whole-home renovation that reimagined how this hilltop property actually lives. The main level had no kitchen of its own, so we built one from the ground up: semi-custom, full-overlay cabinetry in Evergreen Fog with quartz countertops and Delta fixtures. On the opposite end of the house, we reworked a chopped-up layout into a true primary suite with a spa-style bath and walk-in closet.
Every window and slider in the home was replaced with new-construction units and properly flashed and air sealed, with a couple of new windows added where there'd never been any, taking full advantage of the property's panoramic mountain views. We refinished the original red oak floors, built custom red oak stair railings with an integrated cable rail system, and upgraded the home's heating and electrical systems throughout.
The result: a home that finally works the way it was always meant to, inside and out.
Investment Range: $275,000 - $300,000
Sunderland, MA Bears Den Mountain View Remodel
This 1989 post-and-beam home, designed by an award-winning architect, was built around walls of glass and a direct line of sight to Mount Sugarloaf — right down to a clear view of the summit tower from the living room. We gutted the house completely: new electrical and plumbing, spray foam insulation, true plaster walls, and concrete floors finished in natural cork and stained concrete.
The kitchen, half bath, and two full baths off the primary suite were rebuilt in natural maple cabinetry from Omega Cabinetry, matching the maple built-ins throughout the house — including hand-built custom heat covers with removable magnetic sections, replacing the original oak. Cathedral ceilings were finished in tongue-and-groove, and flat ceilings became custom coffered ceilings with hidden mechanical access panels.
The showstopper is the all-glass hallway linking the primary suite to the main house — floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on both sides, one facing a private courtyard, the other framing the mountains. Every piece of glass in the home was replaced, including over a dozen sliding doors up to 12 feet wide.
Investment Range: $650,000 - $750,000
Hadley, MA Ranch Refresh
This ranch home's exterior had run its course — old vinyl siding was hiding original shake siding underneath, and the existing deck was a thrown-together afterthought. We stripped everything down to the sheathing and started fresh.
Every window in the house was replaced with Paradigm 8 Series new construction windows, followed by a proper housewrap weather barrier before any new siding went on. We installed LP SmartSide vertical nickel gap siding with a clean water table and apron detail, along with all new LP exterior trim and soffits to match.
The old deck was replaced with a slightly larger one, built in Red Balau decking with black Westbury railings — a durable, low-maintenance upgrade that fits the home's new exterior.
Investment Range: $100,000 - $125,000
Belchertown, MA Garage Suite
This two-car garage tucked under a Belchertown home became a fully finished living space — living room, bedroom, laundry, custom doors, and storage. The standout detail: a fully floating floor system built over the slab using layers of rigid foam and two glued-and-screwed subfloor layers, with zero thermal bridging. No cold floors, no energy loss — just a space that performs like it was always part of the home.
Investment Range: $100,000 - $125,000
Amherst, MA Below-Grade Bath
We converted an existing laundry room in a finished Amherst basement into a full bathroom with laundry — LVP flooring, solid surface shower surround, and all new plumbing. The wrinkle: the moment we saw-cut the concrete to rough in the underground drain lines, the high water table made itself known. Before a single fixture went in, we addressed the drainage properly on the exterior of the foundation. It added time, but it's the only way to build a below-grade bathroom that holds up long term.
Investment Range: $100,000 - $115,000
Pelham, MA Packardville Addition
A 625 square foot addition on a Pelham home, built to perform as well as it looks. The addition includes a large open living area, walk-in closet, full bathroom, laundry room, and office space. On the building science side: a direct-to-gravel floating subfloor assembly, LP SmartSide structural sheathing serving as both sheathing and siding, and spray foam insulation throughout — including the roofline — so the unfinished attic is fully inside the climate-controlled envelope. No unconditioned buffer zones, no thermal weak points. Just a tight, efficient addition that will perform through New England winters for decades.
Investment Range: $275,000 - $300,000
Northampton, MA Basement Retreat
We finished roughly 60% of this Northampton basement — transforming an unfinished space into a comfortable living area while keeping the remaining portion for storage. The laundry was relocated to the finished side with a new heat pump water heater. Rockwool insulation throughout, exposed ceiling painted black, and a ductless mini-split for heating and cooling — with a second unit installed upstairs at the same time. We also leveled the concrete floor and refinished the basement staircase. The kind of project where every detail got attention, not just the obvious ones.
Investment Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Hadley, MA Garage Build
A new detached two-car garage in Hadley, built with LP Smart Side structural panel siding and Paradigm windows. Nothing overly complicated — just a well-proportioned, good-looking garage built to the same standard we bring to every project.
Investment Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Northampton, MA Elevated Exterior Remodel
We touched every inch of the exterior on this Northampton home. New Paradigm windows throughout, LP SmartSide siding in a custom color, new roofing, and a new chimney cap — with the roof overhangs extended around the entire house before reroofing, for both the look they wanted and added protection from water infiltration. Out back, a new mahogany deck with cascading steps and a four season room addition. Out front, a timber-framed porch with mahogany decking. Start to finish, every surface — this is what a complete exterior transformation looks like when one team designs and builds all of it.
Investment Range: $200,000 - $250,000
Hatfield, MA Built-to-Last Project
A kitchen remodel and new deck combined into one seamless project for this Hatfield home. The kitchen features Mid-Continent cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a new sliding door opening directly onto a spacious new deck off the dining area. The deck was built to last — helical pier foundation, Owens Corning composite framing lumber, Trex decking, and Westbury railings. The kind of outdoor living space that earns its cost back every time the weather is nice.
Investment Range: $120,000 - $140,000
Westhampton, MA Garage Build
A new detached two-car garage in Westhampton, built with LP SmartSide structural panel siding and Paradigm windows. Same standard we bring to every project — clean, well-built, and built to last.
Investment Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Hadley, MA Deck Revival
This Hadley deck got a full restoration — all decking stripped, framing inspected, repaired, and supplemented where needed, and every joist taped to protect against moisture infiltration and extend the life of the structure. New Trex decking, PVC fascia trim, and Westbury railings throughout. The gazebo posts and structure were rebuilt, and a new Paradigm sliding patio door was installed. A project that looks like a new deck and will perform like one for years to come.
Investment Range: $60,000 - $70,000
